In Tune - Wellbeing Group
In Tune is the band’s wellbeing group. It is a welcoming and supportive group to help maintain the ongoing morale of the band.

- To show support for non-music related issues members might have.
- To continue and encourage the friendly banter with all members.
- To organise social events allowing everyone the time to talk.
- To allocate a member of the group to each section of the band.
- To introduce ways of creating a positive and rewarding environment to make music.
